FMS is a Chinese restaurant on Jl Sultan Idris Shah, on one side of the city square. They're based in a 2-storey colonial style building with lots of reminders on the wall from that era: posters, photos and advertisments. The seafood is nice, especially the baked crab and dishes start at RM7. At the ground level you can have a drink at the bar.
