Snorkelling at Gayana Island Eco Resort in Tunku Abdul Rahman Park off the shores of Kota Kinabalu

Gayana Island Eco Resort is on Gaya Island, one of the 5 islands in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. I went there for snorkelling and a visit to the Marine Ecological Research Centre. I rented my snorkel for RM10 from the ferry terminal before boarding the boat to the island. Lots of colored fish, corals and other marine life. The Nature pool was another positive experience and the snorkel was helpful; inside the pool you get to swim with the fish and see them in close range.
