I had a delicious cocktail at this chic place, Frangipani Bar, located on 25 Jl Changkat Bukit Bintang, above a restaurant with the exact name. It is an expensive place but if you have spare money it's worth spending a night where the stylish gay and straight crowd gather for an exquisite drink.
