Kuala Lumpur, Sri Maha Mariamman Temple

Posted 1 year ago by avatar eduardo in response to vincent's question: I have an interest on Hindu temples, is there one I can visit in Kuala Lumpur? (give a different answer) .

The Sri Maha Mariamman Temple is located in the heart of Chinatown, on Jalan HS Lee, between the two main Buddhist temples. First built in 1873, it was radically renovated in the 1960s with new statues on and around the five-tiered gate tower. The temple is free and always open. To get to China Town take KL Monorail to Maharajalela Station.
