Definetely the Menara tower. The view from the deck at 900 feet high is more ample and better in my opinion than the one from the Skybridge at the Petronas. Well, let's say budget travellers would argue that the Petronas are free and for the Menara tower you have to pay RM15 but we're talking about the view here.
