Head for the 9 Lebuh Gereja and ask for the D'Budget Hostel, it is close to the ferry terminal. Offers a big variety of rooms: a dormitory bed is 7 RM, single rooms are up to 20 RM, a double is 25 RM and a triple is up to 30 RM. It has a rooftop deck where you can watch Georgetown at night. Oh, the doors close at 1 a.m so don't stay out too long.
