If you're looking for something cheap head for the Swiss Hotel located on 431F Lebuh Chulia. Take a room on an upper floor, they're cozier, I had the "chance" to stay in a ground floor room and it was quite chilly. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and well-run. A room is about 20 RM
